N likes to sing, so today I started developing a little soundtrack for our time together.
While driving he can now sing "on the road again, just can't wait to get on the road again."
When we get home he can say "home again, home again, jiggity jig."
And we're working on "rubber duckie, you're the one"
This afternoon we had a playdate with another boy N's age at a park and they ran up and down a hill for almost 2 hours while the other nanny and I sat in the grass with the babies chatting and doling out cheerios. It's amazing how entertained kids can be, and even more amazing that neither of them totally bit it running down that hill.
